Certification is designed to prepare contractors to represent client brands professionally and effectively. Once certification is successfully completed and final approval is granted, contractors may begin servicing client programs and earning based on hours serviced.
Certification timelines and onboarding steps are time-sensitive and must be completed within the specified timeframe once an invitation is issued.

Assist callers with arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Representatives help schedule rides, verify information, and provide updates while ensuring patients reach medical appointments safely.
Medical Appointment Setter
Support healthcare facilities by scheduling patient appointments, updating patient information, and ensuring accurate documentation within client systems.
Roadside Assistance Dispatcher
Receive incoming calls from drivers requesting roadside support and coordinate service dispatch for towing, tire assistance, battery issues, and other vehicle emergencies.
Bilingual Registration Tech Support
Provide bilingual customer support assisting users with account registration, login troubleshooting, and technical navigation of digital platforms.
Bilingual Medical Appointment Setter
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments while assisting both English and Spanish speaking patients with professionalism and accuracy.
Bilingual Energy Support II
Assist energy customers with billing questions, service inquiries, and account management while providing bilingual customer support.
Energy Support Specialist I
Provide customer assistance for energy service accounts including billing inquiries, service updates, and account management support.
Position Overview
As an Independent Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions while representing client brands with professionalism and integrity.
Contractors are expected to follow compliance guidelines, maintain quality performance standards, and provide courteous service during every interaction.
Independent Contractor Classification
These opportunities are offered as 1099 Independent Contractor roles.
Contractors operate as independent business providers and are responsible for:
• Managing their own schedule within available client service hours
• Meeting client performance and quality standards
• Maintaining required equipment and workspace standards
• Handling their own tax obligations
• Completing all onboarding and certification requirements
Income is performance-based and dependent on client program availability, contractor consistency, and adherence to service standards. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Administrative Fee Transparency
To maintain operational support, compliance oversight, contractor assistance, and administrative infrastructure, a fixed administrative service fee is deducted from contractor payouts.
This fee is not charged upfront. It is transparently deducted from earnings and supports backend operations that allow contractors access to client programs, onboarding assistance, and compliance support.
All fee structures are disclosed prior to contracting so individuals can review details and ensure alignment before moving forward.
Responsibilities
Contractors may be required to:
• Provide professional customer support via phone or chat
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow client scripts, compliance requirements, and policies
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
• Deliver courteous, solution-focused service
Equipment & Technical Requirements
Contractors must provide and maintain their own equipment and workspace.
Required setup includes:
• Desktop or laptop computer (tablets are not permitted)
• Chromebooks only if client-approved
• Updated operating system compatible with client systems (Windows 11 or approved equivalent)
• Wired USB headset
• Hardwired high-speed internet connection (ethernet required; Wi-Fi-only setups are not permitted)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Webcam (may be required for certification or training)
Pre-Contracting Requirements
All applicants must successfully complete the following steps before placement into a client program:
• Online assessment(s)
• Client-specific certification program
• Background check
• Possible drug screening depending on the client program
Final approval is contingent upon meeting all compliance and client standards.

• Assessment invitation links expire 3 days after being issued
• All onboarding requirements must be completed within 7 days
• Failure to complete onboarding within the required timeframe may result in the application being closed or reassigned
